                            RESOLUTION NO.   21209 
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
                 A CONTRACT WITH THE STATE OF TENNESSEE,
                 DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, RELATIVE TO
                 INSTALLATION OF A TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT THE
                 INTERSECTION OF TENNESSEE AVENUE AND 37TH
                 STREET.
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute a Contract with the State of Tennessee, Department of
       Transportation, relative to the installation of a traffic signal
       at the intersection of Tennessee Avenue and 37th Street.
